Six arrested in Corfu at weekend for noise pollution and playing music outwith times allowed

CORFU. A total of eleven people were arrested in Corfu, Zakynthos and Lefkada for playing music outwith the times allowed, noise pollution and disturbing the peace.
Police checks were carried out at catering and other establishments in Corfu, Zakynthos and Lefkada from Friday night (14/7) until early this morning (17/7).
A total of eleven people were arrested (6 in Corfu, 3 in Zakynthos and 2 in Lefkada) for playing music outwith the times allowed, noise pollution and disturbing the peace.
All those arrested were taken to appear before their respective Prosecutors.
