Bikers ΄rev up΄ in support of the Women΄s Hostel

The event organized on Sunday morning in support of the Municipal Hostel for women who are victims of violence and their children was a great success. The event was supported by ACES Corfu Motorbike Club as well as SMOKE Corfu Motorbike Club and the aim was to raise awareness on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (25 November).

The motorbike rally set off from Alykes, Potamos and followed the route Solari - San Rocco - Municipal Theatre - Orfeas Cinema before ending up at the fountain in the Main Square in the afternoon.

They then handed out leaflets and talked to people about the Women's Hostel and accepted donations of household necessities to support the women at the Hostel.
