CORFU. The 51-year-old businessman who has been charged with drug trafficking is now in the Intensive Care Unit of Corfu General Hospital.
The accused man had a heart attack just before he was to appear at the investigator’s office on Wednesday morning.
The doctors were able to revive him following his cardiac arrest and he is now in the Intensive Care Unit. The doctors are optimistic about his chances of recovery.
The 41-year-old man who was also arrested on the same charges on Saturday night appeared before the investigator and is now being held in custody, following the decision of the investigator and the public prosecutor.
