New flights from the Netherlands to Corfu and Zakynthos

CORFU. From 2 April to 25 October Transavia will operate two flights a week.
The flights will be from Rotterdam to Corfu and will operate on Tuesdays and Fridays. Tui will also have flights from Rotterdam to Zakynthos - the exact programme has not yet been announced.
Transavia will also have two flights a week from Eindhoven to Zakynthos on Wednesdays and Sundays from 24 April to 27 October.
Yesterday, Ryanair also announced a new route between Corfu and Bologna twice a week from April 2019.
Following the announcements, Deputy Regional Governor for Tourism Spyros Galiatsatos commented: "This is in line with our forecast that 2019 will be an even better year for the Ionian Islands than 2018 (a record year) - something that we have been working on with businesses and organizations for a long time."
