Summer Robotics Workshops at the Public Library

CORFU. The Municipal Central Library and Corfu Tech Lab are inviting primary and secondary school pupils to participate in these workshops which will take place in July.
The workshops are part of the programme 'STEM Education - Science - Technology - Mechanics - Mathematics'.
The Robotics Workshop aims to acquaint pupils with modern science and new technologies through hands-on and team activities. The following workshops will be held, for which registration is required by phoning 26610 38583. The maximum number of workshops a pupil can take part in is two.

Tuesday 3 July: 10:00 - 12:00
Introduction to Educational Robotics - for children who have completed the 4th, 5th and 6th years of primary school.
Thursday 5 July: 10:00 - 12:00
Playing and Learning with Educational Robotics - for children who have completed the 4th, 5th and 6th years of primary school.
Tuesday 10 July: 10:00 - 12:00
Introduction to Educational Robotics - for children who have completed the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of secondary school.
Thursday 12 July: 10:00 - 12:00
Introduction to Optical Programming - Scratch - for children who have completed the 4th, 5th and 6th years of primary school.
Tuesday 17 July: 10:00 - 12:00
Introduction to Optical Programming - Scratch - for children who have completed the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of secondary school.
Thursday 19 July: 10:00 - 12:00
Creating and Programming Robots with Lego Mindstorms - for children who have completed the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of secondary school.
Tuesday 24 July: 10:00 - 12:00
Lego Education - Sensors, Energy and Electrical Circuits - for children who have completed the 4th, 5th and 6th years of primary school.
The educational programme ' STEM Education' will be led by Marios Mayioladitis.
