Man, 72, pulled out of sea in Dassia unconscious

CORFU. Lifeguards from a nearby hotel arrived on the scene immediately and responded to the situation.
The incident occurred shortly after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. According to reports, a man was pulled unconscious from the sea at Dassia by swimmers who were present at the scene.
Lifeguards from IKOS ODYSSEIA (under the supervision of Corfu Lifeguard Services) immediately arrived and responded. They managed to revive the 72-year-old man and promptly called an ambulance, which transported the man to the hospital.
