CORFU. He collided with a car under circumstances that remain unclear so far.
A fatal road accident occurred on Tuesday evening at the Roda–Acharavi intersection traffic lights, when, according to information from a relative, a motorcyclist collided with a car under circumstances that remain unclear so far.
The 50-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured and was taken by ambulance from the Ionian Care private clinic to Corfu General Hospital. Despite doctors' efforts, he did not make it and succumbed to his injuries.
The causes of the accident are being investigated by the North Corfu Police Department.
