CORFU. The mayor stated that the studies have been approved. It is expected to be tendered in the coming months.
The studies for the restoration of the Phoenix Theatre have been approved.
The mayor made the announcement at the start of the Municipal Council meeting on Wednesday, and added that the project is expected to be included in the current ESPA Programme (2021-2027).
If everything progresses quickly, it's possible that the restoration could be put out to tender, if not by the end of the year, then by early 2025 at the latest.
