On Sunday, 21/4, as part of the Museum's participation in the Festival, two special guided tours will take place in the Museum's Garden for everyone to learn about the history and nature of the Capodistria estate in Koukouritsa.

The guided tours are open to the public and no registration is required. Times: 12:00 (in Greek) and 14:00 (in English). Duration of the tour: 1 hour.

The Corfu Garden Festival started in 2018 as a two-day event and has now evolved into a themed festival, rich in activities, offering access and visibility to private and other gardens across the island! The Capodistrias Museum, housed in Capodistrias' historic mansion in Koukouritsa, in the village of Europoulo, has regularly participated in this event.

Koukouritsa has been declared a Historic Preserved Monument by the Ministry of Culture, as a characteristic example of Ionian rural urban architecture and natural beauty. In the museum's garden, you can follow the outdoor route, where through signage (QR), you can discover stories about the estate, information about its use throughout the centuries, and details about the vegetation.
