Special traffic regulations for Carnival Sunday
CORFU. The regulations will be in effect from 14:00 to 18:00 for carnival parade.
On Sunday, March 17, from 14:00 to 18:00, to allow the carnival parade, traffic regulations will be implemented in Corfu Town with the following locations closed to traffic:
a) Mit. Methodiou Street, except for the exit from Zafeiropoulou Street to Don. Dimoulitsa Street,
b) Andreas Dendrinos Street,
c) Georgiou Theotoki Street,
d) Georgiou Theotoki Square, from its junction with Don. Dimoulitsa Street to Mit. Methodiou Street,
e) Alexandras Avenue from its junction with Rizospaston Voulefton Street to Georgiou Theotoki Square,
f) Mantzarou Street from its junction with Rizospaston Voulefton Street to Georgiou Theotoki Street,
g) Lochagou Vlaikou Street from its junction with Ger. Markora Street to Georgiou Theotoki Street,
h) Viktoros Dousmani Street.
The regulations will be in effect from 14:00 to 18:00 on Sunday 17 March.
Vehicle traffic will be diverted via alternative routes and regulated by police officers.
