Strict guidelines for working equines during high temperatures

Owners of horses, donkeys, cows, sheep and goats must not leave the animals in places without access to shade and drinking water. This is abuse and results in criminal and administrative penalties.

Owners of working equines must comply with the laws and regulations that have been announced. In any case, animals must not be overloaded or moved for work purposes during extreme temperatures.
