5th Corfu Photo Marathon begins
CORFU. The Corfu Photo Marathon aims to present and showcase the art of photography.
The 5th Corfu Photo Marathon begins on Saturday, 27 May.The marathon is a collaboration between the Regional Social Welfare Committee and Corfu Photography Club.
The Corfu Photo Marathon began in 2017 with the theme of "photography" and aims to present and showcase the art of photography. Its activities include workshops, photography contests, a photography exhibition, and a conference with talks related to the art of photography. Since 2018, it has been part of the annual Festival of Audiovisual Arts organised by the Ionian University Department of Audiovisual Arts and the Laboratory of Electroacoustic Music Research and Applications of the Department of Music Studies.
The themes of the photography contest are as follows:
a) Magical Moment
b) Motifs
c) Colours
