The Central Corfu Municipality's Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan will be accessible to all through an online questionnaire from tomorrow morning.
The questionnaire will be available for 10 days, from Friday 18 to Monday 28 November.
Mayor Meropi Ydraiou stated the following: "A humane town is designed and shaped by everyone. The Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan is our proposal for Corfu Town, a proposal that will be enriched with the comments, suggestions and ideas of every citizen. That is why it will be available to all through an online questionnaire. I had promised that we would tackle difficult issues, we would not compromise with doing nothing.
Together we will design the Corfu of the new era, the town of life and quality of life. Every citizen's constructive suggestions are useful and valuable to us".
The Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan has already been subject to two live public consultations and one more will follow. The Central Corfu Municipality's message to every citizen is the following:
"The vision is a cornerstone of the development of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan. It is a significant definition of the desired future of a town and is formulated by the public and those interested, taking into account the specific mobility problems that need to be resolved. As part of the development of this common vision, everyone is welcome to express their vies on the municipal Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan. For an ideal town in the future, as you dream of it."
