Special traffic measures in Corfu Town for Palm Sunday

Corfu Traffic Police has announced that during the St. Spyridon procession on Sunday 17 April the following measures will be in place in Corfu Town:

No stopping or parking

06:00-15:00 No stopping or parking in Vas.Giorgiou A, Capodistriou (between Vas.Giorgiou A and Arseniou), Arseniou, Donzelot, Zavitsianou (until junction with El. Venizelou), Dimarhou Kolla, Ilia Politi, Zambeli (between Moustoxidou and Ilias Politis), Capodistriou and Agoniston Polytechniou.

No entry

07:00-15:00 No entry to Vas.Giorgiou A, Capodistriou, Arseniou, Donzelot, Zavitsianou (until junction with El. Venizelou), Dimarhou Kolla, Ilia Politi, Zambeli (between Moustoxidou and Ilias Politis), Capodistriou and Agoniston Polytechniou.

Traffic will be stopped at NAOK.

10:00-15:00 No traffic will be allowed in the following:
- Dimokratias Ave (from Douglas Column)
- Aspioti, Akadimias and Zambeli (from jundtion with Desylla and Rizospaston Voulefton)
- Rizospaston Voulefton (in the direction towards Aspioti - traffic diverted at the junction of Riz. Voulefton and Alexandras Ave.)
- Giorgiou Theotoki (in the direction towards St. Desylla)

Traffic will be diverted via side streets
 

Any vehicles parked illegally will be towed away.
