Sinarades water supply being restored

CORFU. A problem with the Varipatades well on Christmas Eve led to many households being without water.
Varipatades, Kalafationes, Kouramades and Sinarades were amongst the areas that had no water supply or very low pressure. According to DEYAK sources, the well is very old, with frequent problems, and has been included in the budget for replacement.
There was a second problem in the Sinarades water supply network on Christmas Day and, according to DIADEYAK, there are crews working on it. At 10:30 this morning it was estimated that water supply will be fully restored in the next few hours.
