Flooding in several parts of Corfu

The road from Triklino to Alykes, Potamos has been flooded and drivers are requested to take special care and avoid it if possible.

There has also been flooding at the usual trouble spots in Garitsa, the stadium, the airport, Spilia in the old town, Tria Gefyria-Kampaniolou, Ipsos and other places.





The Fire Department was called out this morning for a fallen tree in Kompitsi and a rock fall in Karoumpatika near Pelekas.

All Corfu schools remained closed today and lessons are being conducted online.
