CORFU. New infections in schools in the first week, 13-18 September.
In the first week back at school there were 12 new cases in Corfu - 9 school pupils and 3 teachers.
According to the Regional Education Department, 8 of the pupils and the 3 teachers are from primary schools and the other pupil is in secondary school.
The proper health procedure is being followed and the new protocol provides for the closure of a class only if over 50% of the class pupils are infected.
