CORFU. A 70-year-old man in Peroulades, North Corfu lost his life in a tragic and unexpected way.
According to police sources, the man went shopping just before 11:00 on Saturday morning and on his return he became dizzy and fell on the steps of his house. Tragically, the injury to his head was fatal.
It is thought that his dizziness was possibly caused by the extreme heat.
An autopsy has nevertheless been ordered to determine the exact reason for his fall and death.
