Corfu now in yellow category

CORFU. There has been a significant drop in the number of infections in Corfu recently.
Corfu is now included in the yellow category on the Ministry of Health map with regional epidemiological data.
According to the new data, the positivity rate has dropped to 0.20% and the 7-day average is 8 cases per 100,000 population.
47% of the population has received at least one vaccination shot and 33% are completely vaccinated.
Civil Protection Deputy Minister Nikos Hardalias announced that Paxos is in the green category, along with 3 regions in Epirus, including Thesprotia which has one of the lowest positivity rates in the country. Ioannina, which is also doing well, could be included in the green category soon.
