COVID-19 positive woman discharged from hospital

CORFU. The woman, who had arrived from abroad and tested positive for COVID-19, was discharged from hospital today, Friday 31 July.
She had been hospitalised for 14 days in the Special Infectious Diseases Unit in the hospital where all the necessary protocols and procedures were followed.
Her hospitalisation was completed successfully thanks to the hard work and competence of the medical and nursing staff.
The Hospital Administration wished her a speedy recovery and said that it wanted to assure the Corfu public that the hospital will continue to work to improve the services provided both to locals and to visitors to the island.
