Nikos Hardalias: Lockdown fines to double over the three days of Easter

ATHENS. The Civil Protection Deputy Minister announced that there will be stricter measures from 21:00 on Easter Saturday until midnight on Easter Monday.
Over these three days:
- The fine for violating the lockdown measures will be 300 Euros instead of 150. Number plates will also be removed.
- Regarding travel to provide assistance (B4), Mr. Hardalias said that there will strict, widespread checks by police on the setting off point and destination. Those violating the measures will also be fined 300 Euros and have their number plates removed.
He reiterated that there must be no more than two people in a vehicle and in case of violations passengers will also be fined 150 Euros.
