CORFU. COVID-19 tests continuing at Corfu Hospital.
According to hospital sources, 12 samples have recently been sent to Ioannina University Hospital for COVID-19 tests and the results are expected by tonight. The samples include that of a municipal employee who came in contact with the 62-year-old who was tested positive for coronavirus.
Of the 12 only three required hospitalisation with severe symptoms. Two are hospitalised in the special hospital wing on the 4th floor and the third is tubed in the Intensive Care Unit.
As regards the wife of the 62-year-old, there has been no official update as yet.
