CORFU. Guidelines from Corfu Medical Association for those selling food.
Corfu Medical Association statement:
"There have been a lot of reports and comments that a large number of those selling food, such as butchers and bakeries, are wearing gloves but are handling both food and money.
It needs to be stressed that this constitutes a high risk for the spread of the virus.
The correct method is to use different gloves for each exchange or, at least, to have one pair for money and the cash register and another for food.
Alternatively, the hands should not be used for unpackaged food and tongs or something similar be used instead."
