ATHENS. The Competition Commission has confirmed that the sale of the majority stake in the Corfu supermarkets to the Crete Cooperative has been completed.
The company SYN.KA now controls Galaxias AE and Markato AE. The completion of the takeover of the supermarkes by Crete Consumers Cooperative (SYN.KA) was announced on the Competition Commission's official website.
