CORFU. ΄Rock΄ Christmas carols in the Old Town on Monday evening.
Corfu Rock Choir was set up by Ruth Copinger and Elizabeth Vlassi in South Corfu and over the last few years Elizabeth has successfully directed a Christmas choir in the south, collecting over 10,000 Euros for The Smile of the Child.
This year they came together with others from all over the island to form a ‘Rock Choir’ and, despite the weather conditions, they managed to raise 245 Euros for the children with their unique rendition of Christmas carols in the town centre!
