Corfu man found dead in car in Agia Ekaterini

CORFU. This is the second case in a very short period of time in which someone has been found dead in the area near the Agia Ekaterini public beach.
On Friday afternoon the police received a call saying there was an unconscious person in a car near the public beach.
According to initial information, the dead man is around 70 years of age (born in 1950) and his daughter had reported him missing this morning.
Police have immediately gone to the spot along with the medical examiner to determine the cause of death.
It was just three weeks ago that the body of a 46-year-old woman was found in the same area. She had died of an overdose of pills.
