Melita Andrioti new Deputy Regional Governor for Corfu

The regional Governor explained the Regional Administration's guidelines for the Deputies regarding their attitude, priorities and efficiency. She stressed the need for respect and orderliness in the workplace along with respect for employees and citizens, proper utilisation of the time and skills of human resources and coordination of services to serve citizens, suppliers and investors in a proper and timely manner.

She placed special emphasis on the need for communication and cooperation with the Municipal and Public Authorities, community, production and professional bodies as well as information, dialogue and cohesion.

The new Regional Governor Rodi Kratsa said, "Our Regional Administration as an institution and as a living organisation needs to have reliability and credibility, to increase productivity and improve performance in the community as well as to create new development prospects for the future. These are the aims of the new central and individual administrations in the Region."
