CORFU. Members of the party ΄Kerkyra 180˚΄ photographed the damaged and vandalised fire safety installations on Vidos.
Members of the Kerkyra 180˚ party issued the following statement: "For years now the island has been left to its fate as can be seen from the photos. As owner of the island, the Municipality has responsibility for general safety and fire safety but has done nothing - the summer camp doesn't have a licence to operate yet again and the ecosystem of the island as well as visitors are at risk."

'Kerkyra 180˚' is demanding an immediate response from the local authority as to why the fire safety installations are in the disgraceful state they are in. It insists that all the necessary measures be taken immediately to restore the fire safety installations on Vidos and asks visitors to the island to be especially careful.
