Air-conditioned facilities in Corfu for the heatwave

CORFU. Corfu Municipality is providing air-conditioned spaces for vulnerable groups.
In line with guidelines from the Ministry for Health and the Civil Protection Secretariat, Corfu Municipality has announced that to counter the effects of high temperatures and the heatwave cool and air-conditioned halls will be available to members of the public belonging to vulnerable groups.
The facilities will be available at the Municipal Old People's Home (KAPI) at Akadimias 3 on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th August from 08:00 to 16:00 and extended to 21:00.
The Municipality is collaborating with the Social Welfare & Education Organisation to provide this support along with the Regional Department for Corfu and the Hellenic Red Cross.
