CORFU. A 71-year-old man was pulled out of the sea in Moraitika on Thursday afternoon.
A doctor, who tried to resuscitate him, confirmed the death of the foreign national, who was then taken to Corfu General Hospital.
Corfu Central Port Authority is conducting an investigation into the incident and has ordered an autopsy.
