Three new ultrasound systems donated to Corfu Hospital!

CORFU. The donation of diagnostic medical imaging equipment was handed over at a special event at Corfu Hospital yesterday.
The first ultrasound system, donated by Corfu Port Authority, is for the Artificial Kidney Unit.
The other two ultrasound systems - worth 100,000 Euros - are for the Cardiology Clinic and the Emergency Department and are part of a donation from a Belgian citizen.
Along with the Director of Corfu Hospital Phivos Kakavitsas, the following were also present at the ceremony: Corfu Port Authority Managing Director Spyros Stefanidis, Deputy Regional Governor for Corfu Nikoletta Pandi, Corfu SYRIZA MPs Fotini Vaki and Kostas Pavlidis, directors and doctors from the Cardiology and Nephrology Clinics, History Professor Thanasis Efstathiou from the Ionian University, President of Corfu Kidney Sufferers Association Panayiotis Kormaris and others.
