Nobelist Aaron J. Ciechanover awarded Honorary Doctorate by Ionian University Department of Informatics

Aaron J. Ciechanover is a Professor at the faculty of Medicine at Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and Distinguished Research Professor at the Centre for Cancer and Angiogenic Biology in the Ruth and Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine and Research Institute at the Technion.



The award ceremony, which was a particular honour for the Ionian University, took place in the Ceremony Hall of the Ionian Academy on Tuesday evening. Dr. Ciechanover gave a talk on "The revolution of personalized medicine: Are we going to cure all diseases and at what price?"
