Traffic measures in Corfu Town for Easter

CORFU. Deputy Mayor Noni Mastora chaired a meeting at the Old Town Hall this morning to discuss traffic measures for Easter.
The measures to ease vehicle and pedestrian traffic that were decided are similar to those of previous years.
GOOD FRIDAY
From 14:00 until the end of the events traffic from the Douglas Column to NAOK will be prohibited as well as the side streets and all the streets from Alexandras Ave. leading to the Historical Centre.
From 18:00 traffic will gradually be stopped from the New Port ticket offices towards Spilia and Loh. Vlaikou St. leading to the open-air market.
From 17:00 until midnight there will be free bus transfers for visitors from the New Port and the National Sports Centre.
EASTER SATURDAY
From 07:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 01:30 the same measures will apply.
PARKING SPACES
In the New Port (OLKE)
At the National Sports Centre (EAK)
At the General High Schools (for permanent residents)
On Eth. Antistaseos Rd. (Emporiko Kentro, public area)
The space at the old bus station is also being considered.
Present at the meeting were Deputy Mayors Andreas Goulis and Spyros Skordos; Stamatis Apergis, President of Corfu Town Local Community; representatives from the Traffic Police, Fire Service, Port Authority, Chamber of Commerce, City Buses, Travel Agencies, the National Sports Centre and the Ambulance Service.
