The 65-year-old from Thermo in Aetolia-Acarnania accused of the kidnapping and sexual abuse of a 17-year-old girl from Corfu is appearing in court today.
The accused was arrested in Aetolia-Acarnania late on Monday night by Thermo police. According to what the mother told the police, the accused man persuaded the 17-year-old girl on social media to take a bus to Athens on Saturday, without telling her mother, and to get off in Antirrio, where he was waiting for her. They then went to his house, where he sexually abused her.
