Tasos Mantzavinos exhibition "Poet & Love" at Corfu Municipal Art Gallery

CORFU. Corfu Municipal Art Gallery will be displaying the works of top Greek artist Tasos Mantzavinos for the first time.
The artist from the Ionian Islands has never exhibited his work in his home island of Cephalonia and so feels that the exhibition in Corfu is an emotional return to his home region.
The exhibition "Poet & Love" is significant for the Municipal Gallery in that it displays the works of Tasos Mantzavinos and is also collaborating for the first time with some of the most important Greek art collectors. Sotiris Felios, Giorgos Voyiatzoglou, Christos Christophes and Christina Aggeli-Venetis are lending works from their collections.
The exhibition opens on Friday 23 November at 20:00 at the Temporary Exhibition Section in the Colonnade and will run until 13 January 2019, completing the gallery's annual programme for 2018.
