CORFU. A coast guard patrol boat found a sailing boat with 7 foreign nationals off Agios Stefanos Avlioton. The boat was out of control due to engine failure.
The 'SIMBA II' was safely escorted to Agios Stefanos harbour by the coast guard.
Palaiokastritsa Port Authority prohibited the sailing of the pleasure boat until it had received a certificate of seaworthiness from the Shipping Register.
