Marquee being put up for the new passenger terminal at Corfu Port

CORFU. It is estimated that work will be completed by the end of July.
Work has begun on the base for the large marquee on the north side of Corfu Port which will become a new passenger terminal to enhance home-porting and services for visiting cruise ships.
The cement base should be completed in 3-4 days and by that time the marquee should have arrived from Germany and will be erected by the end of the month. From August the port will thus be able to serve more tourists and day visitors from cruise ships as the marquee will house Passport Control and Security services.
