Representatives of Temploni Cultural Society have pressed charges against the Cleansing Services for the third time for violation of environmental regulations.

It should be noted that an intervention of this kind would demand a state of emergency and would obviously require the decision of the responsible ministers, as called for by law in such circumstances.
