CORFU. The distinguished American filmmaker, director and scriptwriter honoured the Corfu Photography Club awards ceremony with his presence.
The closing ceremony for the 2nd Corfu PhotoMarathon took place on Sunday 6th May in the Palace Colonnade with the presentation of awards.

The Head of the Ionian University AudioVisual Arts Department, Nikolaos-Grigorios Kanellopoulos, spoke on the subject of 'Augmented Reality (AR)'.
The headmistress of Corfu 4th Junior High and Doctor of History at the Ionian University, Elena Vousolinou Anifanti, spoke on the subject of 'The rudderless ship - sea- Corfu'.
Vassilis Doukakis, Club board member, then gave a talk on 'Photography and Art'.
The Department of AudioVisual Arts organized the visit of Steven Bernstein to Corfu, including an open seminar at the Ionian Academy.
The Head of the Department, Nikolaos-Grigorios Kanellopoulos, said, " We have the honour and great pleasure of welcoming Steven Bernstein to the Ionian University with a programme that is particularly beneficial to students, researchers and creators at the Ionian University and in Corfu in general.
It was of special benefit to the Schools of Music and Audio Visual Arts"
