CORFU. The man charged with the death of the woman at the celebration in Ag. Ioannis about ten days ago has not been remanded in custody.
The Council of Misdemeanours decided to impose restrictive conditions pre-trial but not to remand him in custody.
The Council had been asked to decide following the disagreement between the prosecutor and examining magistrate. The accused was under restrictive conditions until today's decision and these will continue until the trial.
