Man passes away at counter in Employment Office

CORFU. Employees and members of the public froze on the spot in the Employment Office (OAED) on Tuesday afternoon when Spyros Boikos (59) collapsed.
He had just reached the counter when he felt unwell and collapsed in front of everyone in the office.
An ambulance was immediately called and efforts were made to resuscitate him but to no effect. He was transferred unconscious to the Emergency Department at the hospital but unfortunately all they could do was confirm his death.
