Two Russian women with European arrest warrant against them arrested in Corfu

CORFU. Two Russian women aged 43 and 49, for whom there was an outstanding European arrest warrant issued by the Italian Services, were arrested in Corfu yesterday evening.
Police officers located the two women for whom an arrest warrant has been issued with the following charges: participation in a criminal organization, facilitation of illegal immigration and residence of third country nationals, issuing counterfeit documents and exploitation of and trafficking in prostitution.
The two arrested women were taken to the Corfu Prosecutor’s office.
