2nd Gathering of Choirs in Benitses

The Benitses Choir "Il Canto" is organising the 2nd Gathering of Choirs "Singing Together" on Saturday, May 18, at 19:00 in the open event space next to Benitses central square. At the gathering of choirs, the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy a rich repertoire of well-known and beloved songs by Greek composers, performed by the choral ensembles. The participating choirs are as follows:

• Central Corfu Municipal Children's Choir, Conductor: Antoni Ivanov

• Kinopiastes "Galilea" Children's Choir, Conductor: Artemis Poulimenou

• Phaeces Choir, Conductor: Spyros Bochalis

• Kanalia "G. Lavranos" Choir, Conductor: Peli Kontogouri

• Ai Mathias "Michalis Kapodistrias" Arts Society Choir, Conductor: Antoni Ivanov

• Benitses "Il Canto" Choir, Conductor: Artemis Poulimenou

The musicians accompanying the choirs are: Piano: Maria Drakontou, Danai Metaxa, Anastasis Ketikoglou, Liza Giannakopoulou, Christos Parintas, Flute: Anna Larentzakis, Guitar: Fotis Vlachopoulos.
