CORFU. The cinema stopped operating when the management cited technical problems last winter.
The town's hope of having a cinema again appears to be on track to be fulfilled. The cinema stopped operating last winter when the management cited technical issues. Since then, there has been ongoing speculation, with some rumours even suggesting a change in the property’s usage.
In response to our question yesterday, Kostas Makridis expressed his intention to reopen the cinema. Preparations have already begun, and the reopening is expected in December, ahead of the festive season.
