Viking Star the first cruise ship of the season in Corfu today

CORFU. The Viking Star arrived at Corfu Port this morning with 500 passengers.
The first cruise ship of the 2022 season, Viking Star, arrived this morning at 08:00 and will depart at 18:00.
Corfu Port Authority managing director Spyros Zervopoulos told Enimerosi that the ship has 500 passengers out of a capacity of 930.

The small vessel was built in 2015. The next cruise ship is scheduled to arrive on Thursday 17 March and 2022 is expected to be a record year for Corfu.
489 cruises in 2022
According to the Corfu Port Authority schedule, a total of 489 cruise ships are expected in 2022, although there may be changes during the season. The last cruise ship in Corfu will be the Aida Blu on 21 November.
