CORFU. Vasso from Pireaus filmed the firefighting planes flying over the sea and scooping up water.
On Sunday evening bathers in Almyros and Acharavi watched the two Canadair planes swooping down over their heads to scoop up water from the sea. In a matter of seconds they lifted off again to return to the fire in Old Perithia.
