Traditional music and dancing in Corfu Town last night

The performance was organised by Corfu Cultural & Dance Association for the end of the year and Gouvia Cultural Society as well as Lefkimmi 'FAETHON' Cultural Society also took part.

Approximately 200 dancers took part accompanied by traditional musicians with dances and songs from Thrace, Thessalia, Serres, Sarakatsanon, West Thrace, Macedonia and the Pontos.

The public enjoyed a feast of traditional Greek dance, music, songs and costumes along with clarinets, lutes, violins, percussion and Pontian lyres.
