CORFU. Pupils from the Department of Economics and IT at Korakiana Vocational High School met with the Mayor Kostas Nikolouzos at the Old Town Hall this morning.
The pupils were accompanied by the Director of the School Giorgos Pissanos and teachers Vasso Vandorou, Giorgos Gerekos and Anastasios Grammenos. The Deputy Mayor for Tourism Vassilis Kavadias was also present.
The Mayor told them about the history of the San Giacomo building and the conversation then turned to the Corfu economy and the important contribution of tourism - which, due to their specialist studies, was of great interest to the pupils.
