CORFU. The court hearing began today for the injunction filed by Temploni Cultural SOciety.
The injunction was filed against the Municipality of Corfu, the Cleansing Association and the Ionian Islands Regional Administration.
The appeal for the President to be excluded was rejected by the Judicial Council yesterday so the hearing is going ahead with the President of the Court of First Instance who found the Mayor and Deputy Mayor for Cleansing guilty.
Temploni Cultural Society filed an injunction calling for the cessation of work at the landfill due to the large amount of waste that has collected next to the baler - the so-called 'fourth cell'.
