Corfu Mountain Trail: 4th training run at Nymphes

CORFU. 4th Corfu Mountain Trail training run for the official race on 4-5 May.
The run will take place on Sunday 17 March and will cover a distance of 16km from the village of Krinia to Nymphes.
The meet-up will be in the village of Nymphes at 09:30 and runners will be taken to Krinia for the start of the run at 10:00. There will be timing for experienced runners. Those accompanying experienced Corfu Mountain Trail runners may walk the course if they so wish.
The course will be marked out and is part of the Corfu Mountain Trail Ultra 110km which will take place on 4 and 5 May.
Refreshments will be provided at the end of the run.
